'Do not touch me...'(Μὴ μοῦ ἅπτου…)Poem

Written by Timothy Jeffries Johnson

It is not you.
You were never so clear
Though I, never so dull, so spent.
It is not you
Here, where you cannot be.
The hair isn’t right, the
Clothes, the incomprehensible,
Inexcusable radiance
At this moment, of all moments.
You, you have already left,
Where leaving was not foreseen;
You have left me, lost.
It is not you—who mocks grief and takes
My best, my only consolation.
The stance is different,
The words, impossible:
So much like your words
Your voice,
That voice which cut my heart—
But it cannot be you.
Seven foes have feared you;
Only I remain, who
Know nothing but love
And would love you,
Will love you—
If it were only you.
But it cannot…
It ca—

Freedom Lies in Heaven

16. FREEDOM LIES IN HEAVEN
In the name of God, in the name of Heaven
let's break the chains and set us free
we have to be united to fight back the beast.
There's so much pain and isolation
Birth control manipulation.
The project of Doom. The New Order Lords.

I don't want to be their fool no more
to be another living ghost
I'll stand and fight for my soul

Keep the true faith into your heart.
There will be a Kingdom Come
Never let your spirit surrender
Take my hand and we can make it
freedom lies in Heaven

There's no more time for business talking
Mr. Money is out to lunch
You're just a lonely number,
counting on his lonely clock.
Holy wars, desecrations
the media slaves have a show for you
If you want to play wild, they hunt you like a wolf.

I don't want to be their fool no more
to be another living ghost
I'll stand and fight for my soul

Keep the true faith into your heart.
There will be a Kingdom Come
Never let your spirit surrender
Take my hand and we can make it
freedom lies in Heaven

Can you survive, go on cruising
You're mesmerized with just and gre
Stranded and twisted, gone with your sin
For the love for God for the love of money
Where justice lies killing free
The surer cops are coming
And they all shine like steel

I don't want to be their fool no more...

Keep the true faith into your heart...

To God

A soul, of lamentations worthy, sorrows and is sighing,

and with a loud and fervent voice, the name of God is crying,

and saying, my God save me now, my God, have mercy on me,

O God, You've seen my darkness now, so shed Your light upon me,

my God, don't turn away from me, but quickly hear my pleading,

enlighten my soul's eyes, O God, with spiritual leading;

because they have been blinded from the sins within my depths.

O wretched self, I cannot see; my God, I lose my steps.

Miserable me, I cannot see, my God, where I am going,

or where I stand, or that I am a stranger, passed my knowing.

Many clouds and mists my soul in darkness shroud and cover,

and without measure I embitter You, my sweetest Savior.

O wretch, within I feel upheaval, mourning pierced my side,

for Your All-Holy Spirit, Lord, to me must be denied;

my soul must weep eternally her poverty of grace,

and without ceasing to lament in tears that woeful place.

I must avenge myself for all the pain sin makes me suffer,

and with the rivers of my tears, my deep repentance offer;

the tender earth to which I will return, with weeping drench,

to cleanse and flood away the traces of my sins' foul stench.

I am no longer worthy, Lord, to hope in Your compassion,

I'm worthy only of hell-fire, and suffering damnation.

But you, my refuge is in You, my God and my Salvation...

O Lord and God

O Lord and God of all the world,
We praise, adore and worship Thee.
Thank you for coming to the world,
To save us from our sins.

We fear we are not good enough,
To live with Thee in heav'n above.
Please help us to see our own sins,
We pray, have mercy on us.

0 Lord and Master of my Life,
Teach me to know wrong from right;
That I might see my own faults,
1 pray, have mercy on me.

O God of love and forgiveness,
Of mercy and compassion,
Weak as I am, I want to be,
A loving servant of Thine.

Dear Father, Son and Comforter,
Please help us live our lives
According to Thy commandments,
We pray, have mercy on us.
